Financial Services Associate (teller)

SPC Credit Union is currently seeking service professionals to join our team as a Financial
Service Associate in our Darlington office, working on the front lines with our most valuable assets: our Members. In
your initial 12 months as a Financial Service Associate, you will:
• Apply your experience to become fully proficient in understanding our Members’ needs
and expectations by delivering consistent service excellence in alignment with our
values: Connection. Compassion. Community.
• Efficiently assist Members with teller transactions, including accurately processing
monetary/non-monetary transactions, assisting Members with requests, and other
service-related tasks in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in relationship-building discussions with Members to identify their
financial needs to refer products and services and meet performance and organizational
goals.
• Use your attention-to-detail to perform service tasks in person with a high degree of
accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
