Your role will involve providing exceptional financial services to our members, including cash handling, processing transactions, and promoting credit union services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently according to credit union policies
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with our mission and values
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records
• Educate members on our products and services
• Respond to member inquiries in a professional and confidential manner
• Adhere to security procedures and compliance regulations
Qualifications:
• 1-12 months of relevant experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using a ten-key calculator and computer
• Ability to handle confidential information and work well under pressure
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
