Responsibilities include:
This is a management position within a Continuing Care Retirement Community that is responsible for dietary staff oversight as well as assisting with resident dietary programs at various levels of care.
Applicant must be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
Applicant must enroll in a Certified Dietary Manager’s Program and become certified and a member of the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals within the first 18 months of employment, if not already certified upon hiring.
Applicant must provide services within the established program and the department’s policies and procedures that ensure an enjoyable dining experience for residents and promote good nutrition and physical health.
Applicant must maintain accurate records and retain them in an orderly, up-to-date manner. Must be responsible for accurate preparation and timely filing of all required reports.
