Your Role:
As a Sales & Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in our mission by promoting SPC Credit
Union’s values and ensuring our Members receive top-notch service. Your key responsibilities will
include:
• Actively marketing our products and services to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assisting members with account openings, problem resolution, and consumer lending.
• Providing expertise on complex services such as IRAs, share certificates, and electronic
banking.
• Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external Members, putting them first,
always.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role preferred.
• Education: A two-year college degree or equivalent specialized training/certification/skills
acquisition
• Skills: Proficiency in operating office equipment and personal computers, with strong verbal
communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with Members, providing courteous and professional
assistance.
