Universal Sales Associate

SPC Credit Union is currently seeking a financial services professional to join our team as a Universal
Sales Associate I, working on the front lines with our most valuable assets: our Members. In your initial
12 months as a USA I, you will:
• Apply your experience to become fully proficient in understanding our Members’ needs and
expectations by delivering consistent service excellence in alignment with our values: Compassion.
Connection. & Community.
• Leverage your love of tech to get familiar with our software programs and teller pods. Utilize our twoway screens to serve members, as well as face-to-face interactions.
• Actively engage in relationship-building discussions with Members to identify their financial needs to
refer loans, products, and other services to meet performance and organizational goals.
• Use your attention-to-detail to evaluate credit worthiness, discuss loan products and services, and
answer loan questions. Originate loan applications, submit for underwriting approval, and complete and
document all necessary paperwork.
