  • Employees nust have valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation and ability to pass drug screenings
  • Safely operate an excavator, loader, skid steer and dozer to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, loading & transporting materials
  • Follow instructions and directions from supervisors and to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Unload materials
  • Assist trade-workers
  • Clean up and prepare work sites
  • Perform tasks such as hand digging with shovels, post hole diggers, and picks to expose underground utilities
  • Assist other skilled trade workers in their performance
  • Demonstrate good judgment in the field
  • Perform all duties adhering to company safety procedures and policies
  • Able to work out of town when required
  • Hourly pay range varies, dependent upon experience
