Mike Reichenbach Ford is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our team in Florence, SC. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
