Retail Sales Supervisor

SPC Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Florence team as a Retail
Sales Supervisor and make an immediate impact within our organization. In your initial 12 months as
the Retail Sales Supervisor, you will:
• Demonstrate your passion by understanding our Members’ expectations and deliver consistent
service excellence in alignment with our Values: Compassion. Connection. Community.
• Inspire and motivate your team by directing, developing, and coaching staff toward delivering
quality service. Provide clear and concise direction to ensure your staff is knowledgeable and
prepared.
• Expertly engage with Members, maintain a positive sales environment, promote all credit union
products and services. Serve as a member-advocate to ensure our Members are receiving the
highest quality of assistance at each interaction. After all, our Mission is: Members First. Always.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, oversee branch operations, conduct weekly and
monthly audits, stay active within the community, and represent SPC as a financial services
industry leader to members, partners, vendors, and colleagues.
