Marketing / Project Manager Assistant (PMA)

FBi Construction is looking for a driven, self-motivated, self-directed Marketing / Project Manager Assitant (PMA) to join our team in Conway, SC.

This is a hands-on role working directly with our team members to create impactful content, managing digital platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn), responding to RFP/RFQ’s, keeping website content updated and helping grow our brand awareness across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.  A basic understanding of construction and 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in A/E/C environments, desired but not required.

Please note that some PMA work may be required. Those responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare via Procore Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Submittals and other documents generated by the Project Manager
• Verify Subcontractor’s insurance meets the company’s minimum requirements
• Prepare, execute, and notarize waivers when requested
• Prepare closeout documents as required
• Localized travel may be required
• Assists in other duties as assigned

Compensation will be based on experience.
